Q: Why
should I log in to the support center?
A: The
support center offers many benefits including:

You can submit an
issue or request.

You can see all
of your issues as well as the engineer comments as to what
has been
done already.

You can see the
status of your issue.

You can see
system alerts about the status of your current network.

You can add
comments to your current issues.
Q: Do I
have to log in to submit an issue?
A: No,
send us an email to the specified support address with a brief
description of the problem. The issue will be automatically logged
into the database and you will receive an email with your ticket
tracking number within a few minutes.
Q: What
if I need help after hours?
A: Log
in and submit an issue and you have the option to send an “Urgent
Request", that will send out a page to the JETxp engineers responsible
for solving the problem. No matter what time day or night, a JETxp
engineer will respond to your urgent request in a matter of minutes.
Q: What if I do not have internet access or my internet is
down?
A: Call our 24 hour
support line at 713-783-4357 and select option 1 to speak to a live
person.
Q: What
if I am not a client but need support?
A: You
can fill out the quick submit form and we will contact you regarding
your request. Or you can call us at 713-783-HELP (4357).
